The new building will feature a rooftop pool, fitness center, recreation rooms, and more. The project is scheduled to break ground this spring and be completed the summer of 2028. As an Assistant Project Manager, you've have demonstrated financial management skills, leadership in the areas of quality and safety; and ability to independently manage small to average size projects or complex scopes of larger projects from start to finish. You display a positive attitude with a willingness to share and mentor.
Job Responsibility:
Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and financials while ensuring compliance
Prepare, distribute, and track RFI's
Work with Superintendents to create and update detailed project schedules
Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control while supporting on-site teams
Assist with bid preparation, cost estimating, and constructability reviews
Support subcontractor negotiations, change order processes, and financial tracking
Independently accomplish all close out activities
Mentor others, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance or related field (equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
