Job Description:

The position involves supervising housekeeping activities, adhering to quality and safety policies, and performing physical housekeeping duties. The candidate should have supervisory experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in maintaining professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
Run sold room reports and verify room status
Manage daily housekeeping activities
Act as a liaison between departments
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Communicate professionally and resolve employee concerns
Perform physical housekeeping duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
