We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours, providing leadership to the Night Audit team, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the night audit and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and incidents
Manage and support the Night Audit team, providing guidance and direction as needed
Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of both guests and team members throughout the night
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports reflecting the hotel's trading results
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration functions during night operations
Manage the Guest Relations function, including handling any disruptive guests with discretion
Oversee all departments in the absence of their respective managers during night operations
Ensure the hotel operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Participate in workplace consultations on matters pertaining to workplace health and safety
Adapt to various tasks as needed, including reception, concierge duties, and room service
Requirements:
Proven experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar property management systems
Valid CPR certification
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Adaptability to handle various tasks and workloads
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
Ability to make decisive actions in high-pressure situations
