Job Responsibility:
Ensure the training of new hosts in all tasks involving administrative tasks
Assure perfect hosts' image and behaviour
Oversee the implementation and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
Supervise the front desk team to ensure optimal performance and productivity
Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on creating/updating shift check list (Night)
Assist Guest Experience Manager & Night Manager on conducting performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for front office staff
Oversee the department in the absence of the Night Manager
To have a full understanding of all systems and programmes
Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
