You will lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of site utilities. You will work closely with engineering, operations, quality and EHS teams to keep water, steam, HVAC, compressed air and other utility systems running. Job Responsibility:
Operate and maintain utilities systems (water, steam, HVAC, compressed air and related equipment) to ensure continuous supply to production and site services
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance and corrective repairs, using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Manage spare parts and vendor engagements to prevent downtime and support projects
Ensure compliance with quality management, regulatory and EHS requirements. Maintain operational logs and calibration records
Support utilities-related capital projects and technical improvements from planning through handover
Coach and develop team members, promote safe work practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline
3- 5 years of experience in utilities, facilities or maintenance operations
Practical knowledge of utility systems such as boilers, water purification, HVAC, chillers, or compressed air
Experience with preventive maintenance planning and CMMS
Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations, quality and EHS teams
Commitment to safe working practices and basic understanding of regulatory requirements
Experience in regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environments
Boiler operator certification or relevant statutory licenses
Experience delivering utilities-related capital projects or CAPEX management
Track record of driving process improvements and cost awareness
