Job Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Data & Analytics function. The individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring sprint velocity, and enabling team self-organisation. This role involves stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent and collaborative environment. The candidate will also support business analysis processes and remove delivery impediments.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, and others
  • Experienced in using JIRA and Confluence
  • Skilled in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledgeable in BI architecture and data analysis techniques
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
