We are seeking an experienced smart and proactive Assistant Manager – HR to handle Employee Lifecyle Management & Overall HR Operations including Performance Appraisals, Policy Infrastructure, and QMS. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, hands on experience of extensive HR Operations and a passion for people development, contributing directly to the organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Building the entire HR Policy Infrastructure in consultation with Director HR, CEO and Core Leaders of the Organization.
Working closely with Managers to Establish the KRAs and driving the annual performance appraisal process along with other quarterly, half yearly initiatives of identifying Hi-Po employees and recommending PIP for low-performers.
Working with Quality Department designing & implementing the QMS Framework for HR handling the Quality audit requirements.
Implementing and effectively driving the framework for Background Checks, POSH, Insurance administration.
Driving various interest groups by organizing quarterly activities, engagement plans
Customizing the ZOHO HRMS and its key modules like PMS, LMS, Skill Matrix, Time & attendance etc.
Building PMS infrastructure (Increment & Incentive letters, SOPs for Appraisal, Incentive roll outs etc.
Groundwork and implementation of Employee Satisfaction Surveys, GPTW and other anonymous surveys and their analytics.
Assisting Director HR in L & D initiatives, town halls, floor meetings, connect events etc.
Year end closure activities like Attendance, Leave closures, Encashments, Comp offs, Gratuity, Leave Encashment provisions, Leave Encashment payouts, manpower budget etc.
International HR- Creating International HR infra for UK, US & Dubai entities and seamless overseas deputations from India (H1B, Skilled worker VISA, Dubai work permits
Administrative support to Company Secretaries and Consultants for Documentation & Compliance requirements regarding FEMA, RBI, ROC, Income Tax, Transfer pricing, FDI etc.
Administrative support to International consultants and vendors for establishing UK, US & Dubai entities and overseas deputations to these locations.
Developing the HR MIS, HR Analytics system and generating, publishing reports and insights for Leadership team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Masters in Business Administration (full time)
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel PowerPoint. (Macros & VB will be an added advantage)
Prior experience of working with / implementing ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit modules will be an added advantage.
Effective Communication skills Verbal, written and drafting corporate communications, corporate policy guidelines, handbooks etc.
Attention to detail, problem solving, multi tasking, analytical thinking
Strong organising skills, data management, high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Nice to have:
