Job Description:

Ensure staff teamwork and guest satisfaction; inspect staff grooming, storage areas, and dining room conditions; oversee maintenance repairs; support management in employee hiring, training, and mentoring; ensure adherence to quality and safety standards; support organizational efficiency and productivity

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
identify and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
