Job Description:

Assistant Manager - Sales position at Le Meridien Goa Calangute, assisting with sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

Assists with soliciting and handling sales opportunities
Ensures business is turned over properly for service delivery
Builds long-term customer relationships
Achieves personal sales goals
Works with off-property sales channels
Builds relationships with existing and new customers
Develops community relationships
Provides turnover to Event Management
Participates in sales calls
Supports operational aspects of business booked
Identifies new business
Understands market trends and competitors
Gains understanding of target customer needs
Provides exceptional customer service

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
no work experience required
