Job Description:

Join the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort as an Assistant Manager for Airport Services, where you will manage guest arrivals, organize transfers, oversee check-ins, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. You will lead a team, maintain stock supplies, run reports, and adhere to brand standards while creating an inclusive and respectful environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare guest arrivals and organize transfers
Manage check-in processes and room readiness
Communicate with hotel teams regarding guest arrivals
Run daily reports and ensure accuracy
Set up procedures and train frontline staff
Manage stock supplies
Ensure adherence to safety and security policies
Provide assistance to guests with disabilities
Lead and coach team members
Liaise with stakeholders at the airport.

Requirements:

Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
Clean and professional appearance
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Knowledge of OPERA reservation system
Positive communication skills
Experience in preparing rosters and performing staff performance reviews
Recruitment and coaching experience
Ability to manage stock supplies and perform monthly stocktakes
Ability to provide quality assurance and adhere to airport rules.
