Assistant Leasing Manager role for a comprehensive mixed-use complex serving as the area's first integrated social-living hub, combining retail, dining, corporate offices, and serviced apartments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand market demand, conduct market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall
  • Implement strategies for the leasing department to achieve the mall's leasing targets and occupancy goals
  • Source new and suitable tenants in line with tenant mix planning
  • Build rapport with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and others
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the mall

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing or the shopping mall industry

  • Acts as first contact support for the shopping Centre to achieve prompt response on tenants’ enquiries, feedback & complaints, and escalate it to other related departments for resolution
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive and updated Tenants’ database and filing system for all tenants (ie. Sales information, licences, insurances, agreement and other correspondences)
  • Responsible for the collection and system update of Tenant monthly sales report (average submission rate: 95%) and yearly audited sales report
  • Monitor the tenant sales to ensure achieving the budgeted forecast sales
  • Perform tenant sales performance analysis & report and to provide valuable insights to the Centre Management Team and Service Office
  • Transform the analysis (sales data) into marketing strategy and to improve the business

  • Draft memo, circular and approval letter related to tenants for the department
