Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at our 5-star luxury hotel brand - The Mora responsible for the daily inspections of rooms and public areas and ensure exceptional service to all customers, ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning products.

Job Responsibility:

Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible service
Assist on recruit, hire, and train new housekeeping staff
Ensure the availability of materials and equipment
Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff
Resolve guests’ problems and complaints
Maintains compliance with local regulations and records
Enforces operational standards and employee management
Promotes teamwork, safety, and asset management

Requirements:

Self-discipline, initiative, and leadership ability
Strong organizational and leadership skills
3–5 years in hospitality, at managerial and supervisory level
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Conduct MOD shift and experience the hotel from the eyes of the Hotel residents
