Assistant Head Sommelier position at Mr Wong, a Cantonese-style restaurant. The role involves managing an extensive wine list, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional guest service at a high-end venue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use your creativity, introduce new and unique offerings to the wine list
  • Take charge of the wine program for one of Merivale’s most treasured venues
  • Work closely with the Head Sommelier, Restaurant Management and broader group Sommelier team
