Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our course, supporting the Head Greenkeeper, and ensuring our facilities deliver an exceptional experience for every golfer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cut greens, tees, fairways, and rough to maintain playing surfaces
  • Carry out routine maintenance such as verti-draining and hollow coring
  • Maintain bunkers to a high standard
  • Blow and sweep greens and tees to ensure presentation
  • Support upkeep of the driving range outfield, including grass maintenance and ball collection
  • Assist with general daily upkeep of the course and surrounding areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent standards across the course throughout the year

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in greenkeeping or grounds maintenance
  • NVQ Level 2 in Greenkeeping (or equivalent qualification) desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and following health and safety practices
