Join Homes for Students, the UK's leading independent provider of Student Accommodation, and become an Assistant General Manager at our The Forge Property in Sheffield. This exciting opportunity offers 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday providing you with a dynamic and rewarding work experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service across sales, maintenance, and housekeeping departments
  • Collaborating closely with the dedicated team to uphold company values and ensure optimal performance
  • Supporting the General Manager and the wider site team in the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround processes during the September period
  • Supporting new students and managing any customer or operational challenges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment
  • Proficiency in presenting and analysing information accurately and effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure seamless operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively, inspire, and motivate team members
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Nice to have:

Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential
