Job Responsibility:
Delivering exceptional customer service across sales, maintenance, and housekeeping departments
Collaborating closely with the dedicated team to uphold company values and ensure optimal performance
Supporting the General Manager and wider site team in the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround processes during the September period
Supporting new students and managing any customer or operational challenges that arise
Requirements:
Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment
Proficiency in presenting and analysing information accurately and effectively
Excellent organisational skills to ensure seamless operations
Ability to work collaboratively, inspire, and motivate team members
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Nice to have:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential
