We are looking for a talented Assistant General Manager - Sales for a established MNC that specializes in cable manufacturing services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the achievement of sales targets as defined by management
  • Cultivate a high-performance team culture through consistent performance management, clear communication, and effective staff coaching
  • Gather and report market intelligence—including customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities—to management
  • Identify market demand and opportunities for product innovation, collaborating with the production team to achieve development goals
  • Formulate and manage the company's pricing strategy, ensuring all pricing decisions align with approved frameworks
  • Drive market share growth by performing regular industry and competitor analysis for benchmarking and strategic improvement
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the division's strategic goals are successfully met
  • Perform additional duties and take on new assignments as required
