Job Description:

Join Sheraton Heathrow Hotel as an Assistant Front Office Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping guest experiences, leading the Front Office team, and ensuring operational excellence within a dynamic and vibrant hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coach, mentor, and motivate the Front Office team daily
Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations
Actively engage with guests, gather feedback, and enhance guest experiences
Handle guest complaints and disputes
Collaborate with the Front Office Manager on service improvement plans and department goals
Facilitate employee recognition and ensure open communication channels.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and analytical
Proactive and solutions-oriented with a genuine passion for people and service.
