As an Assistant Front of House Manager, you assist the Front of House Manager in the flawless execution of Front of House Operations, elevating service, boosting guest satisfaction, and driving exceptional financial performance. You train, motivate, and coach your team in the Front Office and Navigators. You lead by example, ignite passion, and cultivate growth. Your guidance empowers your team to exceed expectations and turn every guest interaction into a story worth sharing. You are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Front of House Manager in the flawless execution of Front of House Operations
Elevate service, boost guest satisfaction, and drive exceptional financial performance
Train, motivate, and coach the team in the Front Office and Navigators
Lead by example, ignite passion, and cultivate growth
Provide guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world

Requirements:

Have a bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related major
Have experience in a Front Office management position or related
Can communicate fluently in English and preferably in Dutch
Have international working experience
