Job Responsibility

Tender Opportunity Management: Handle incoming tender calls, emails, and notices
Document Review: Examine project and tender documents, collaborating with the Estimator to discuss challenges and strategies
Data Management: Organise and import all documents into the Tender Docs file and create subcontractor access files in Dropbox
Technical Enquiries: Issue technical enquiries and measure quantities, ensuring all information is meticulously recorded in the Settlement Book
Site Visits: Arrange and attend site visits, capturing essential photos and insights
Analysis & Comparison: Evaluate quotes for errors and discrepancies, producing comprehensive comparison documents
Tender Submission: Compile and file all necessary documentation, ensuring seamless submission and follow-up
