In this role, you’ll work closely with our Venue Managers to help oversee daily operations, delivering high standards across the board and facilitating memorable customer experiences. Job Responsibility:
Support your Venue Managers and the collective Leadership Team in daily venue operations and venue compliance
Support the Creative Director in delivering world class entertainment & events in our upgraded nightclub space
Seek to ensure our exceptional venue standards are met regarding venue cleanliness, presentation and customer service
Assist in the management of beverage, food & gaming teams
Responsible for the venue's operations as a Manager On Duty (MOD) during general trading hours and the closure of the venue
Possess the availability and willingness to complete rotating, shift-work rosters that include opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Cash handling, data entry and reconciliation tasks
The completion of daily reporting
Requirements:
Previous managerial/leadership experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year in the same or similar role)
Passionate about customer experience and high standards of customer service
Exposure to, & understanding of, business strategies
Consistently seek learning and development opportunities
Driven to learn, grow and advance your career, and of those around you
Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG & ARCG, (or willingness to obtain) the confidence to act on these requirements coupled with a strong compliance mindset
