Leads day-to-day activities of the sales function with a focus on customer relationships and achievement of property sales objectives; Builds long-term value-based partnerships; Achieves personal booking goals and assists others in reaching theirs; Provides leadership, ensures exceptional customer service, and helps create positive relationships internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation
Creates and implements a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market
Assists with promotions development and implementation
Monitors sales activities of direct reports
Executes and supports operational aspects of business booked
Analyzes market information to achieve property’s financial goals
Reviews sales satisfaction results
Provides exemplary customer service
Builds relationships with key stakeholders
Attends customer events, trade shows, and sales missions
Leads and conducts recruitment activities for employees with the appropriate skills
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
