Job Description:

Assists in leading the property’s food and beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Focuses on employee satisfaction, growing revenues, and maximizing financial performance. Ensures exceptional customer service and alignment with the brand’s business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Assists in leading the property’s food and beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering
oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies
ensures integration of departmental goals in game plans
develops and implements promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations
ensures guest service and operational needs are met
provides feedback to employees and holds leadership team accountable for service behaviors
reviews financial reports
creates an atmosphere that meets or exceeds guest expectations
hires food and beverage leadership team members
ensures new hires successfully perform their job through training and orientation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
