Assistant DevOps Engineer

• Assist in the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines to improve development and deployment processes
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to manage infrastructure provisioning
• Incorporate security checks and compliance measures in development workflows
• Support production teams during incidents, focusing on rapid resolution and minimizing system downtime
• Work with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into daily workflows
• Coordinate with global DevOps teams to ensure consistency in tools and processes
• Support the implementation of secure coding practices and secrets management
• Use monitoring tools to track system performance and security metrics
• Contribute to optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
• Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Understanding of Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Basic experience with Docker
• Proficiency with Git
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
• Ability to work with teams across different time zones
• Awareness of banking systems and compliance requirements
