Enhances the executive’s effectiveness by delivering high-level information management and administrative support, including meeting scheduling, travel coordination, daily calendar management, deadline tracking, effective communication, and representing the executive in professional interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels
Monitor office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Maintain confidentiality to protect sensitive information and business operations
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
Secure information by completing data base backups
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
