Job Description:

We are actively seeking an Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team within the Logistics industry. In this role, you will be in charge of preparing financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and overseeing the month-end close process. You will also play an integral part in the yearly audit and lead a team to ensure the company's financial health.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the accurate and timely management of the month-end close process
Leading the preparation and finalization of financial statements
Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
Facilitating and overseeing the annual financial audit process
Supervising a team to ensure effective financial management and reporting
Leveraging your experience with large ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) or similar, in daily tasks
Ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting principles in all financial operations
Spearheading corporate financial planning and analysis to guide business decision making
Taking responsibility for the process of intercompany eliminations
Conducting consolidated financial statement analysis and reporting

Requirements:

Proficiency in Month End Close procedures and practices
Ability to Analyze Financial Statements with precision and accuracy
Experience with Annual Financial Reporting and related tasks
Familiarity with Audit - Financial procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Expertise in creating and managing Consolidated Financial Statements
Demonstrated skills in Corporate Financial Planning and strategy development
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting standards and regulations
Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) for financial management
Experience with Intercompany Eliminations and related accounting tasks
Knowledge of handling Intercompany Transactions efficiently and accurately
