The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger, and leveraging Workday ERP to streamline financial operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to uphold financial integrity and compliance
Utilize Workday ERP to optimize and enhance financial operations and workflows
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all financial activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Strong expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management
Proficiency in Workday ERP and Workday Financial Management systems
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
