An exciting opportunity to be part of a new team as an Assistant Contract Manager. Supporting the day-to-day operational activities of a major water meter reading contract.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all contractual KPI’s are met and if possible, exceeded
Develop strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Ensure quality of work is in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards and to the client’s expectations
Plan and coordinate all daily tasks associated to the field and administration staff
Attend all client meetings and keep copies of agendas/minutes
Manage all internal operational activities within the contract
Promote a systematic approach to HSE issues and adhere to relevant policies & procedures
Ensure contract variations are reported to the relevant line manager
Ensure monthly reporting is completed in line with client and management requirements
Requirements:
Prior working experience in a service delivery management or supporting operational role
Demonstrated experience in contract, customer and client management
Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues
Nice to have:
Previous experience in supporting a field-based operations contract is highly desired
