1-3 Years prior professional experience in Insurance service with a record of providing an exceptional experience
Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of MO or obtain within six months of employment
Exceptional presentation skills, including verbal and written communication
Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Responsibility

Support the Account Executive with renewals, applications, marketing submissions, quotes, policy changes, and overall account maintenance
Manage carrier communication including requesting requirements, loss runs, binders, finance options, and policy documents while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Prepare client-facing deliverables such as proposals, COIs/EOPs, invoices, summaries of insurance, premium allocations, and policy deliveries
Provide responsive client service by addressing coverage questions, assisting with claims, processing audits, updating systems, and performing additional duties as needed
