Job Description:

Entry-level management position responsible for leading and assisting the daily operations of front office areas, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk, with the aim of ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, meeting operating budgets, and improving service performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily shift operations, providing exceptional customer service, managing human resource activities, and supporting financial and administrative responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
advocates sound financial decision making
supports day-to-day operations
manages daily Front Desk shift operations
handles complaints and seeks to resolve conflicts
trains and supervises staff to ensure excellent customer service
improves service quality by assisting employees and addressing guest feedback
ensures compliance with credit policies and procedures
manages projects and policies, including ensuring proper supplies and uniforms for staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
no work experience required
