Job Description:

Are you ready to start an exciting new chapter in your career? The position is full time and temporary, based in Athens.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the creation and review of artwork and design materials for product packaging, promotional materials, and other brand assets, ensuring brand guidelines are followed
Support the creation and organization of marketing presentations, data based reports, and promotional materials for internal and external use
Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders, tracking project timelines, and handling day-to-day communication with external partners, such as agencies or vendors
Assist in managing and tracking the marketing budget, ensuring costs are aligned with the approved spend and that all expenses are accurately recorded and reported
Liaise with various internal teams to ensure that marketing assets and activities are executed on time and in line with priorities

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG sector
Under/Post graduate education preferably in Marketing or Business
PC literate
Microsoft office literate, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
