Assistant Application Management Manager

• Provide application analysis to assist management to develop the operation model to ensure the application logistics in line with business requirement, customer satisfaction and compliance with the group and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor the performance of operation teams to ensure that they are working according to predefined guidelines and to ensure their quality of work can meet the Bank's standard and fulfill the business target
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the application workflows in accordance with the Bank's policies as well as participate in system enhancement and other ad-hoc projects
• Perform user acceptance test of pre-approval and invitation programs of unsecured lending products

• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, with at least 3 years in consumer lending
• Preferably with exposure to regulatory and compliance as advantage
• Strong business sense with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Access
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
• Ability to embrace change and overcome challenges
