Job Description:

As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the precise reconciliation and processing of corporate action Income events. This developing professional position requires independent problem-solving, application of in-depth specialty knowledge, and a strong understanding of industry standards to ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and robust risk management within a complex financial landscape.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action Income events
Develop and implement client-specific service solutions
Perform multiple transactions to achieve high operating efficiency and productivity
Minimize risk to the firm through strict adherence to procedural requirements
Proactively identify and design business process improvements
Actively participate in system testing
Provide essential support to team members during high-volume periods
Appropriately assess and manage risk in all business decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ Years Related Experience
Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including: Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
Proven success as a team player
