Job Description:

Aspiring Psychologist – SEN Teaching Assistant | Outstanding, Nurturing & Creative Primary School | Bexley. Supporting a boy in Year 1 with Autism (ASD), Behaviour Needs (SEMH). Working 1-2-1 with the boy to best support him, building a nurturing relationship over the remaining academic year. Pupil is great! – but requires additional support with a candidate who is resilient and can use their initiative to best support him. If you are an Aspiring Child Psychologist, this role will add fantastic experience to your CV aiding future applications for MA & MSc’s etc. Working Monday-Friday, school hours – long term – perfect ahead of further studies. £105 to £115 per day – dependant on experience (Term time only).

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a boy in Year 1 with Autism (ASD), Behaviour Needs (SEMH)
Working 1-2-1 with the boy to best support him, building a nurturing relationship over the remaining academic year

Requirements:

Kind, caring, compassionate, resilient and able to use initiative
A graduate is ideal, but not essential
Ambitious with future career aspirations within Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, Behaviour etc
Some experience with children with additional needs, great if in a school settings, but can also be transferrable skills
Able to start in the next 2-3 weeks maximum
