Job Responsibility

Skid Steer Operator: Responsible for precision site preparation, sweeping, and material handling
Labourer / Roller Operator: Assisting with asphalt laying, raking, and shovelling
Operation of breakdown and finish rollers to achieve specified compaction and surface smoothness
QA / Spotter: A critical safety and quality role
You will act as the 'eyes and ears' for operators, managing exclusion zones, spotting hazards, and ensuring the asphalt mat meets depth and quality specs
HR or MR Driver / Labourer: Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles to transport materials while assisting the crew with manual tasks on the ground
