Job Responsibility:
Set up and manage ASDAN courses, schedules, and resources
Register learners and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR
Deliver ASDAN programmes and support learners with Individual Learning Plans
Coordinate moderation processes and ensure timely completion of units
Promote the programme and build relationships with schools and community organisations
Requirements:
Experienced in project coordination or administration, ideally in education or social care
Skilled in communication and organisation
Understanding of the needs of adults with learning difficulties
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping
