We are seeking an AI Lead with strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and agent-based frameworks. The ideal candidate should have solid machine learning fundamentals, system design experience, and hands-on exposure to building API-driven, microservices-based, cloud-native solutions. This role requires the ability to architect scalable AI systems, guide model integration into production, and lead and mentor engineering teams. A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and technical excellence is essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
  • Drive adoption of AI-first and agent-driven architectures
  • Establish the standards, patterns, and governance
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and classical ML models
  • Design embeddings, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
  • Optimize prompt strategies and cost-performance tradeoffs
  • Design AI agents that interact with databases, APIs, and workflows
  • Integrate AI into microservices and SaaS platforms
  • Define agent pipelines, tool calling, memory, and observability patterns
  • Productionize AI workloads with DevOps teams
  • Establish MLOps practices, including monitoring and model versioning
  • Build and groom AI engineering teams
  • Coach developers to become AI-augmented full-stack thinkers
  • Track initiatives using clear goals and KPIs
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Pre-sales teams
