Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a creative Art Director to join an in-house creative agency in Metro Atlanta. The Art Director will lead a small team of creatives, drive design initiatives, and develop print, environmental, and digital projects. Candidates must thrive in fast-paced environments, be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and have 8+ years of experience with an impressive portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a small team of creatives
Leading design and creative initiatives
Developing a mix of work including print marketing collateral, environmental design, and digital design
Thriving in a fast-paced environment
Rolling up sleeves when needed
Presenting/pitching concepts to internal clients and external customers
Sourcing vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in discipline related field and 8+ yrs. of experience
Impressive portfolio of imaginative work showcasing a variety of experience
Retail, agency or in-house corporate design experience preferred
Well versed on Macintosh platform (OSX) and industry standard applications: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office and Photoshop
Flash and HTML a plus but not required
Must be highly proficient in CS3 Design software and other applicable programs
Experience presenting/pitching concepts to internal clients and external customers and sourcing vendors
