Art Director APAC

• Oversee the daily execution of creative projects during the APAC shift
• Manage workflow: assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure on-time delivery
• Translate briefs into clear action plans, aligning on visual goals and deliverables
• Ensure consistency with the broader creative strategy and visual language
• Review outputs, provide feedback, and push for creative excellence before handoff
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve or escalate issues
• Maintain real-time communication with leads in Europe to ensure seamless transitions
• Run short internal check-ins with the APAC team to keep everything aligned
• Help refine creative processes through your strategic and organizational vision

• 5+ years of creative direction experience, leading design/video teams or managing multidisciplinary projects
• Solid experience in both graphic design and video/motion workflows
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, Slack, Notion, Trello or similar project management tools

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Canva, Webflow, or similar platforms
