EMAsphere is a fast-growing Belgian B2B SaaS scale-up, specialized in financial reporting and performance management solutions for large enterprises. Our growth strongly relies on a powerful partner ecosystem including advisory firms, integrators, resellers, data providers and banks. To further strengthen and scale this ecosystem, we are looking for an Area Partner Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and scale existing partner relationships
  • Identify, onboard and grow new strategic partnerships
  • Identify, qualify and onboard new strategic partners
  • Build long-term, value-driven relationships with existing partners
  • Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with partners to generate qualified leads
  • Co-create marketing and lead generation initiatives (webinars, events, workshops, campaigns)
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners: enablement, alignment, engagement and follow-up
  • For selected partnerships, manage the full end-to-end sales cycle with the end customer
  • Monitor partner performance, deal flow, customer quality and retention
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Work closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Services teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • proven track record in building, developing and managing partnerships
  • comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • results-driven, autonomous and relationship-oriented
  • fluent in Dutch and English
