Job Description:

Lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic retail environment, driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving ambitious business goals. The role involves overseeing the performance of multiple retail locations, driving sales, and maintaining consistent brand excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop high-performing retail teams
Drive sales growth and optimize operational efficiency across multiple locations
Ensure consistent brand execution and exceptional customer experiences
Analyze performance data and implement data-driven strategies
Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams
Manage inventory and optimize stock levels
Foster a strong team culture and promote employee engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-site retail management
Strong leadership skills and experience in developing and motivating teams
Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and take decisive action
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs
Experience coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to direct reports
