Job Responsibility

Managing and administering various systems, including but not limited to MS Windows Servers, Oracle/SQL databases, OpenText products Content Server/Archiving Center
Setting up new archiving systems and processes
Maintaining existing archiving systems, including patching and upgrades
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing archiving systems, serving as the final internal escalation point before involving external vendors (e.g., OpenText)
