Architectural Superintendent

• Collaborate with project superintendent and project manager to develop and finalize operational plans, job layouts, and schedules
• Oversee the daily activities of crafts and subcontractors in the field, delegating tasks through foremen and subcontractor representatives
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and deadlines through regular communication with project staff
• Review job plans, specifications, budgets, and estimates to confirm understanding of manpower needs and material deliveries
• Participate in weekly progress meetings and assist in resolving any construction-related issues or challenges that arise during the project

• Strong leadership and management skills with a deep understanding of mechanical systems
• Excellent technical and management abilities with the capacity to manage costs and schedules effectively
• Superior client relations skills with a proven track record in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of safety requirements and the ability to motivate a diverse, multinational workforce
• Minimum high school diploma/GED with 15 years of construction management experience
• or a four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering, along with 10 years of experience, is preferred
• Prior OCONUS experience is highly preferred
• Minimum of a secret security clearance is required
