We are seeking an Architectural Intern who will add their skills and creativity to our diverse projects. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Enrolled as a junior or higher in an undergraduate program, having successfully completed at least two years of coursework toward a bachelor's degree
  • Must have successfully completed a Revit course prior to beginning the internship
  • Possesses creative talent in the communication of complex and diverse conceptual ideas
  • An unquenchable passion for the work required
  • Foster mutual trust and confidence by developing solid relationships (internal and external)
  • Ability to solve problems, specifically interpret multiple stakeholders' input
  • Time management skills, including balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and managing time without deadline-driven projects
  • Aptitude to work in a team environment as an individual contributor
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and provide high-quality work
  • Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presenting, training, and public speaking
  • Prefer a proficient level of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Prefer a proficient level of experience in Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (Lumion)
  • Knowledge of Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher
  • Physical Requirements: Walking construction sites while talking to clients, staff, or construction managers and carrying up to 15 lbs
  • Physical Requirements: Inspecting the details of the construction site by taking photos while bending, reaching, and walking up and down stairs
  • Physical Requirements: Sitting and doing desk-related tasks for long periods. Floor plan dimensioning
  • Applicants must include electronic work samples and a resume to be considered
  • Satisfactory completion of a background screening
