Job Description:

Would you like to be part of an employee-owned, multi award-winning architecture practice whose desire is to make spaces and places that improve lives? We are seeking an Architect to join our team based in Sheffield, London or Cardiff and work within our Education Sector.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
  • Experience of working in the Education sector, specifically schools and SEN experience would be an advantage
  • Be able to demonstrate that you have acted as a Lead Designer
  • Proven work winning capability and understanding of procurement process in the UK
  • Can demonstrate experience of working across all RIBA stages
  • Strong design ability
  • Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Understanding of BIM processes
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team at all stages of the architectural process
  • Confident in Revit would be an advantage
  • A sound understanding of building regulations and construction technologies
  • Necessary professional Health & Safety qualification

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in the Education sector, specifically schools and SEN experience would be an advantage
  • Confident in Revit would be an advantage
