Job Description:

Are you a native Arabic speaker with fluency in English? Are you currently living in Athens and looking for your next job opportunity? If you enjoy providing support to existing customers and converting leads into new accounts with great potential, this promising role is the one you are searching for. In this Arabic Client Relations Officer position you'll have the chance to take advantage of all the above skills and join an international investment firm in the centre of Athens.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
Be responsible for activating new client leads and following up with potential clients
Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level service is provided
Acting in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperating with the rest of the Client Relations team in order to perform business development
Contributing to the team effort by achieving targeted results
Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary

Requirements:

Native level in Arabic
Excellent oral and written skills in English
A degree in a business-related field would be a plus
Strong computer literacy
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Dynamic and results-oriented
Client-centric mindset

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial services sector
