Our client is seeking five proactive Project Officers to join their frontline services divisional support teams. These roles are critical in delivering key projects and change initiatives that directly impact the community.
Job Responsibility:
Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks
Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations
Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies
Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency
Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks
