Job Description:

The Software Development Manager is responsible for managing teams and implementing technologies to establish scalable and high-quality systems while ensuring compliance and accountability within a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Hands-on technology leadership
guiding architectural decisions
fostering a collaborative development environment
ensuring high-quality and scalable applications
conducting code reviews
managing developers' performance feedback and career development
monitoring resources and budget
implementing application systems and technologies
resolving dynamic issues
influencing and communicating with senior leaders
ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework
Microservices
OpenShift
AWS or other relevant cloud platforms
Databases
SQL/No SQL
CICD Pipelines
code reviews and adherence to coding standards and best practices
branching strategies
manage code repositories using Bitbucket and GitHub
static code analysis
unit testing
integration testing
creating system, application, integration architectures
business communications for technology roadmap and budget
leading developers and providing coaching
designing scalable systems
managing global technology teams
concise communication

Nice to have:

GenAI project implementation
