Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior role responsible for implementing and enhancing application systems, leading analysis and programming efforts, and resolving complex technical challenges while collaborating with global teams. This role involves leadership, system design, coding standards, and mitigating risks to ensure compliance and performance.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
Identify and define necessary system enhancements
Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation
Provide expertise in area and ensure application design adheres to architecture
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Gain comprehensive knowledge of business areas such as architecture and infrastructure
Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions
Serve as advisor to developers and analysts
Allocate work as necessary
Assess risk in business decisions
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience in system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
10 years of hands-on application development experience using Java and Python
Knowledge of relational database and SQL
Very good understanding of source code repository & branching model
Understanding of application build and release process
Understanding and practical experience in project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall
Strong experience of working in diverse and inclusive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Independent thinking
Ability to work with global partners/teams.
