Job Responsibility:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trade customers
Developing a solid understanding of our products, services, and systems
Supporting the external account managers with quotes, order processing, and proactive account management
Managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts directly, ensuring excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
Using tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to support prospecting and new business development
Helping tailor solutions to meet customer needs and following up on enquiries to secure orders
Supporting the coordination of promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
